WKIS FAN CLUB RULES APPLY: lock Hysteria Contest, is subect to the complete WKIS Fan Club Rules, except as specified below.

PARTICIPATION: Contest begins March 17, 2007 and concludes on April 2, 2007, and is open only to WKIS Fan Club Members, except employees and immediate family members of WKIS, and agencies and anyone involved in this promotion's production, development or handling. Entrants who reside outside the designated area may enter the contest, but are not eligible to win prizes. By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless WKIS their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers from all claims and damages arising out of participant's participation in the promotion and/or use/acceptance of any prizes. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

TO JOIN: On WWW.wkis.com,Hoops Hysteria link, and join the WKIS Fan Club if necessary. Accept the Contest Rules, and make your selections for the pertinent round of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's (NCAA) basketball tournament and submit your entry by hitting the submit button. Contestants will be required to return to the Hoops Hysteria web page on wkis.com, before each round of the tournament to make their selections for that particular round. Deadlines for submissions on the Internet will be determined before each round of the tournament. You can change your picks multiple times before the deadline, but your last submission based on time will be the determining selection. The contest is limited to one entry per person per round. By taking part in this Contest and the WKIS Fan Club, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization.

CONTEST SCORING SYSTEM: The tournament is broken down into four brackets each comprising 16 teams in a single-elimination tournament. Teams will be seeded (Ranked) by the NCAA from 1-16. In Round 1, the following will play each other: #1 vs. #16, #2 vs. #15, # 3 vs. #14, #5 vs. #12, #6 vs. #11, #7 vs. #10, #8 vs. #9. Round 2 & later rounds will be determined on the outcome of the previous round's games. In the event that two teams with the same ranking compete against each other, the lower amount of points will be awarded for correct selections.

ROUND 1:
Two (2) points will be earned for correctly selecting teams ranked 1-8
Six (6) points for correctly selecting teams ranked 9-12
Ten (10) points for correctly selecting teams ranked 13-16

ROUND 2:
Four (4) points for correctly selecting the higher seeded team
Eight (8) points for correctly selecting the lower seeded team

ROUND 3:
Eight (8) points for correctly selecting the higher seeded team
Twelve (12) points for correctly selecting the lower seeded team

ROUND 4:
Twelve (12) points for correctly selecting the higher seeded team
Sixteen (16) points for correctly selecting the lower seeded team

FINAL FOUR:
Sixteen (16) points for correctly selecting the higher seeded team
Twenty (20) points for correctly selecting the lower seeded team

NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP GAME:
Twenty-five (25) points for correctly selecting the higher seeded team
Thirty (30) points for correctly selecting the lower seeded team.

***Higher seed is defined as the better seeding in the bracket***

WINNERS: GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Grand Prize winner will be the entrant who has the greatest total score for all rounds, including the Championship round. In the event of any tie score, the Grand Prize winner will be choosen by random drawing between the tying entrants.

PRIZES: The Grand Prize TBD.. Only one Grand Prize will be awarded. The winners will be required to claim their prize within 30 days of notification at WKIS's Business Offices, 20295 NW 2nd Ave., Third Floor, Miami, FL 33169 and is responsible for their transportation and incidental costs of claiming the prize. The winners will be ineligible to win any prize or contest from WKIS & wkis.com, for a period of 30 days. Income taxes and other taxes are the responsibility of the winner. WKIS will file a 1099 tax form to the IRS & the Grand Prize Winner in early 2003. THERE ARE NO PRIZE ALTERNATES AT ANY LEVEL OF THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING THE GRAND PRIZE.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be notified by phone, email, and will be posted on www.wkis.com. For a list of prize winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Hoops Hysteria Winners, PO Box 693520, Miami, FL 33169-9998 after April 5, 2004. All prizes must be must be claimed within 30 days of their posting on wkis.com. Positive government issued picture ID will be required to claim any prize.
